The new SpaceSaver models have the same size buttons and feel as the classic IBM keyboards. The SpaceSaver buckling spring model will be the choice for users who want that unique "IBM click" type feel. A quiet touch (rubber dome) version is also available for customers who want the same heavy duty design without the audible "click" of the buckling spring version. The buckling spring models are available in two colors, (click on image to enlarge) the classic Pearl White color shown here and a model with black covers and metallic gray buttons. The Quiet touch model is currently available in Pearl White only. Both models are available with either PS2 or USB electronics and cable and feature a streamlined footprint and Microsoft Windows buttons. The smaller footprint saves desk-top space (approximately 20%) even though the buttons remain full size. The SpaceSaver PS2 models can be programmed at the time of manufacture, the USB models are not programmable.
